K J Bailey was contracted to complete brick and block work, exterior plastering and associated concrete cutting work as part of a Cook Brothers Construction project to redevelope the existing Edinburgh Realty (Real Estate Agent) offices on George Street, Dunedin.

The redevelopment included extensions to the existing building and modernisation of the existing office space.
